Kimberly Best

I am Kimberly Best, RN, MA, a TN and MO listed mediator, owner of Best Conflict Solutions, LLC. My practice focuses on Mediation, Facilitation, Restorative Practices, Organizational Conflict Management with a Healthcare Specialty and Conflict Coaching, and Adult Family Mediation. My educational background combines nursing with advanced degrees in psychology and conflict management from UNC Charlotte and Lipscomb University, complemented by specialized training from institutions including Harvard Law School and the International Institute of Restorative Practices. As immediate past president of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and current Membership Officer of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, I remain actively engaged in advancing the field. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that conflict is natural, but how we manage it transforms relationships. I'm passionate about advancing mediation and dispute resolution skills, to help mediators succeed in bringing better ways for mitigating conflict.
